Is it possible to get jewelcrafting from 1- 450 with 2k gold. also have 450 mining and is it good to use jewelcrafting+mining

you can do it for free...depends how much time you want to commit

spend some time mining all the ores you will need and check a powerlevelling guide to know how much of what you will need
