<Pretense> 11/12 HICC 25 LFM

Pretense is a progression raiding guild on Burning Blade (PVP-EST) made of a community of dedicated and seasoned raiders whose main focus is experiencing endgame content with a history of getting things done. We are a small guild of about 35 raiders and are always looking for exceptional players to join our ranks.

Our current raid times are:
Tuesday 7:30-11:30 EST
Wednesday 7:30-11:30 EST
Thursday 7:30-11:30 EST
(Notes: Invites go out at 7:15. Raid times can sometimes be extended for final pushes.)

Sundays are generally used for 10 mans or 25 man cleanup if we push late Thursday.

Our loot system:
Pretense uses a loot council system based on attendance, performance, largest upgrade/need/good of the guild, and previous loot received. Loot received is tracked on our website on our DKP page.

What we expect from our applicants:
• The ability to show knowledge of your class and demonstrate that you are aware of your surroundings while performing at your best during an encounter. Be able to discuss why you choose your talents, glyphs, gems, and professions.

• Learning new content can be frustrating and time consuming; we expect all of our members to come to raids prepared with the proper consumables, the highest quality gems and enchants, and a winning attitude.

• The ability to take constructive criticism in a positive manner.

• Experience: We expect, at a minimum, experience with content that is at most one tier behind the current end-game raiding. In other words, for a guild on Heroic Lich King, we expect our applicants to have completed regular Icecrown Citadel and ideally have hard mode experience as well. We still look at Trial of the Crusader and Ulduar experience, so any Trial of the Grand Crusader encounters and Ulduar hard modes (specifically Keepers and beyond) completed are a plus.

• Attendance: We understand that sometimes real life happens, but everyone is expected to maintain a consistent raid attendance (90% or higher is expected), while notifying us of any absence/tardiness. Failure to do so will result in removal from the guild.

• A sense of humor: This is a game and we still want to have fun.
