Gordan Ramsey is a giant. He's also an ex-football (aka soccer to the US :P ) player. Cowell just insults people from his relaxing chair.

Gordan by far. I prefer his cooking shows over American Idol, X-Factor, w/e the hell Simon is doing these day by far, though I do like them both. Props to Simon Cowell having a Bugatti Veyron though.
