Confusing Scale Factors

I recently tried to gear up a Frost DPS DK and am having really confusing problems with my simcraft.

I have Hellfrozen Bonegrinders in my bag.
I also have a Nightmares Tear and a 21 agi 3% crit dmg meta.

I thought my scale factors went something like hit(cap)->expertise(cap)->str->crit->ARP
But when I sim my character...



Im also wondering if its worth gemming / enchanting expertise over strength until the cap.

So what's the deal with this?

Relative values of stats change based on gear, when people talk about stats these days it's usually assumed that the gear level being discussed is somewhere between 264 and bis unless otherwise stated.

I guess that makes sense. My warlock is nearly full BiS and the values match up just like they said they would.
So does that mean I have to gear for ARP over Crit until I have good gear...?
Still need to know if its worth gemming/enchanting for expertise

Just take whatever you can get for now, you won't be able to get a lot of arp for a while anyway.

As for the expertise, as long as it is below strength you shouldn't be gemming it.

Also use kahories simulator.

Great simulator: Kahorie’s <- Use this one
Decent simulator: Askmrrobot <- easy to use but not as good as Kahorie’s
Bad simulator: RAWR <- DO NOT USE RAWR AS A DK
