On the front page of mmo-champion there is a few of the icons predicted to be included in the new Blizzard system... one of them is Surge of Light. Maybe it's coming backmaybe Blizzard really will make a lolsmite spec that is usable! One can hope

Or, it's more likely that will be the graphic applying to Twirling Faith. Don't forget, there are several development teams working on the game at the same time. In this instance, the UI team pushed this out and are like "Huzzah" before someone told them "Uhh, that one's not exactly there, now".
