What will happen to the lesser elementals when we kill the elemental lord

With the fire elementals weakened maybe the water elementals will take the opening and attack? won't someone please think of the lesser elementals :*(

without an elemental lord the lesser elementals may run rampant across azeroth like a swarm of locus devouring everything in their path

Or a Meteor Crashes into the Earth.
Most Meteors contain Water (Ice), and if it lands in the Ocean, Tsunami's will swallow the world.

    I vote for water.

Me and Neptulon would like to remind you that water will still survive perfectly fine without fire, might be a bit cold, but who's complaining.
Fire wastes too much of it's energy maintaining the Mortal coil, only to turn around and try to burn them too quickly.

    Water is superior!

Baron Geddon: Without their master's command the fire elementals will become an even greater threat to this world. Control must be maintained. There must always be... *Dramatic lightning. In the Firelands. Whatever.* a Ragnaros.
Tirion: The weight of such a burden... it must be mine, for there can be no other...
'Myserious Stranger': Tirion! You hold a grim destiny in your hands, brother, but it is not your own.
Tirion: Bolvar! By all that is holy...
*Closeup on the walking pile of ninjaed equipment that is Bolvar*
Bolvar: The dragons' flame... sealed my fate...
Tirion: No dude, you're not taking this one from me.
Bolvar: Oh come one Tirion, play fair!
Tirion: No way, you came in and stole all my loot so far!
Bolvar: But you've already got the Ashbringer! *Sadface*
Tirion: So what, I'm speccing Titan's Grip now.
    Bolvar: You're a pally.
    Tirion: I DON'T CARE!
    *Tirion takes up Sulfuras*
Tirion: Go now, or I will report you for ninjaing!

    *Three moths pass.*

Bolvar: Hey dude, I just came by to ask ya...
    Tirion: TOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOOOON!

I've only watched the cartoon, never even knew there was a movie until I bothered to check up if I really did say a quote from Avatar.

cmon.. wouldn't you be in same mood as he is if you would have to work some some thousand years, then go sleep, but no some insects come in and wake you up before you even could really fall sleep... hell I would be pissed either.

i noticed that their during the twilight secion of Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom they didn't have any earth elementals as slaves...just fire/water and air...maybe neptulion (still cant spell) is just playing friendly for the time being?

I don't know if anyone remembers this but we DID kill/banish/whatever Ragnaros before and the world didn't exactly blow up... uh, until now, I guess.

They where banished to the elemental plane for awhile. I don't think anything bad happened while they was away. There about to cause trouble for azeroth. When there gone the elements are rouge. but proberly less destructive
