Oh, come on. We killed Hakkar, Zandalar tribe moved back to ZG AFAIK. The only reason why you want ZG to become an instance is the mounts. How would your other mounts feel? Remember that old DL Comic?

The zandalar have left Stranglethorn and gone to Zul'Drak to document the collapse of an Empire.
The Gurubashi of zul'gurub, lead by Jin'do's ghost and zanzil have resurrected 3 priests, 2 of whom you kill in the lowbie quests. You also manage to disable jin'do. 1 priest, the one legged Jin'do (it might regrow) and the bloodlord are left to try and resurrect Atal'Hakkar the Soulflayer.
