Looks too unique to be a standard trash mob in an instance, let alone out in the world. Being a raid boss seems more likely.

My bets are this model will be used as Aku'mai in revamped Blackfathom Deeps... Since the creature is supposed to be related to Old Gods, and this thing looks awesomely fugly, I guess BFD will be one of it's appearances.
