A few cooldown questions

I need a bit of help with Warlock cooldowns for my addon.

Ritual of Doom - I know it is a cast and then a channel. When is the cooldown triggered?

Ritual of Summoning - I know it is an instant cast and then a channel. When is the cooldown triggered?

Ritual of Souls - Same question as above.

Doomguard - WoWWiki says it has a Dispel Magic ability, while WoWhead doesn't have it listed. Does it? If so, does it have a cooldown?

Metamorphosis - I know you get Immolation Aura, Shadow Cleave, Demon Charge, and Challenging Howl. Am I missing any other abilities with a cooldown?

CD's are triggered as soon as you complete the channel/ritual.
