<Its Nothing Personal> 9/12 H ICC 25
is a semi-casual raiding guild on US-Balnazzar. Our goal is to find well-talented individuals that can work as a cohesive unit to achieve success in-game. While maintaining a fun and easy going atmosphere.

We are looking for dedicated raiders with the following qualities:
•Respect
•Common-sense
•Intelligence (BUT I WAS TOLD STANDING IN DEFILE GAVE ME A BUFF!)
•People who can act mature and not like a 12yr old on vent.

What we would like to add to our roster:
•Shaman - Enhancement(Possibly Elemental)
•Warrior - Fury(Possibly Protection)
•Warlock - Demonology
•Hunter
•All exceptional applications will be considered of any class

Raid Times/Schedule
We only raid three nights a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30 CT to 12:00 CT. If you miss a raid you’re not going to be scolded by us. We understand that people have lives and sometimes things take priority over WoW. However, if lateness persists we will have to replace you in order to continue with our progression.

•Wednesday - 9:30PM CST – 12:00PM CST (H ICC 25)
•Thursday – 9:30PM CST – 12:00PM CST (RS 25)

•Sunday – Optional

If we do other raids such as a 10-man it will be scheduled on our guild calendar. These raids are usually done on optional raid days. You are not required to show up.

Loot Rules:
Loot is done by /random. Your main character has priority over loot first. If mains do not need the loot it will go offspec. We expect you to know your class and have an idea of which gear is best itemized for you. For the fury warrior's out there, we understand that some leather and mail might be BiS for you. However, loot will be distributed to the predominant class by /random first. So we ask you to please be patient with all loot.
