looking at the items discovered i saw that all tanking items had the same amount of stamina as the rest(healing and dpsing items)

Armguards of Unearthly Light = Bracers of Umbral Mending
Shroud of Dark Memories = Solar Wind Cloak
so if they dont change that we will see healers and dps with the same hp as tanks(excluding dks with frost aura,and of course im not taking in consideration trinkets).is that a bug or those stats are just random numbers thrown there?
Nope. Blizzard said that the hp of dps, healers, and tanks will be a ton closer then what it used to. With tanks, what you will probably see is 15-25% more hp, as well as a ton more mitigation then everyone else.
Account in trinkets, stamina gemming (because we all know, no matter what blizzard says, we will still be doing it from now until the end of time), enchants and increases from masteries/talents (I know paladins get 15% or so from talents) tanks will still have a decent more health compared to everyone else, they just wanted base stats on items to be a little more balanced.
