Guardian Spirited broken - any good replacements?

After the patch today Guardian Spirited was no longer working for me. I like the announce feature it has and found it to be very easy to set up and use. For those that don't know what it was, it was an addon that announced/whispered/any chat channel you wanted when you used cooldowns (Power Infusion, Pain Suppression, Guardian Spirit, etc.). It was really customizable which was nice. However after the patch today it stopped working - anyone out there that have a similar addon? Guardian Spirited hasn't been updated in a long time (2 years) so I doubt it's going to get updated again

The reason I use an addon and not a macro is because the macro doesn't register if the spell is actually off cooldown - it announces it whether or not the spell is actually used. This can lead to a false sense of security
