I use macros for almost all my abilities, and I know there is a script you can place at the end to stop all of the red error text from showing up...what is it!

Leatrix Text addon does all that. Search for it on wowinterface . com

Download 'Errorfilter', by default it blocks 17x instances of those common red text errors.
The addon is easily configurable in game to add more filters should you desire.
/erf for options.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I just started using Errorfilter and it seems to work fine, but now I'm wondering if there's a script or addons that turns off the sound saying I can't do that yet when you use an ability?

You don't need an AddOn to do that. Go into options, go to Sound & Voice and uncheck Error Speech.
