So, the conversation around here lost me, but I am drawing my highwayman from the front now, will finish it soon but you wont see it because I have no way of getting it onto the computer =D

Whoever drew this, highwaymen are brilliant. The Defias ones in game aren't exactly accurate, but, hey, Blizzard is an American company.

No Danath only needs a draenei cuddle, did you not wonder why he spent so much time in Outland. It was not the fact that the portal closed, pfft that was just a lie. Danath had just found out about the draenei and he knew from that moment that Outland was his new home until he have to go back and kick some undead and troll but.

I think it is... zorro was called don diego while that guy's called don carlos... zorro also had a horse and a cool hat... so I think it's a zorro reference on WoW...

obviously because WoW decided to ban all the viking IPs from playing WoW... but since they were afraid of what the vikings could do to them in return they decided to make it look as if their servers were down...

Don Carlos' name and appearance may be a reference to Zorro. Zorro also rides a horse, and in The Legend Of Zorro he fights a duel with an old enemy, hence the line "old...friend" that Don Carlos speaks when a player talks to him. (The "old friend" line also explicitly refers to someone revealed over the course of the quest he gives.)
There is also a play by Friedrich Schiller called Don Carlos.
