Tidal Waves no longer affects Lesser Healing Wave. Now affects Healing Surge.
Improved Water Shield no longer affects Lesser Healing Wave. Now affects Healing Surge.
Does anybody know what healing surge is?

I believe they renamed lesser healing wave.
"lesser" healing wave was counter-intuitive anyways. Lesser healing wave in the beta was the highest HPS.

They renamed Lesser Healing Wave to Healing Surge.

I think it's just be renamed, when is search for 'Healing Surge' in the cata wowhead it takes me to Lesser Healing Wave. Maybe blizz just doesn't like the idea of calling it 'Lesser'.
