Vagrant Corps (pronounced: [vey-gruhnt] [kohr]) is a PvE end-game raiding guild located on the Windrunner server.
What separates us from the other more established guilds is our raiding schedule. We fully understand that many skilled, dedicated and talented individuals have the desire and ability to be in top raiding guilds, but lack the time to commit to raiding six or seven nights a week. As a result such players will often settle down in lesser guilds that have no aspirations of ever touching end-tier content, or worse; make due with pick up groups.

We currently only raid a mandatory three nights a week (Tuesday to Thursday) for approximately 3 hours a night (7:00pm to 10:00pm). In that allotted amount of time we manage to progress through all current content one or two steps behind the more "hard-core" guilds on our server. We feel this is an acceptable trade off as many of us, and perhaps you, have social lives or obligations that take priority over World of Warcraft.

In order to progress in such an accelerated pace we are always on the lookout for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. If you are interested in joining we ask that you meet the following criteria:

• Have a positive attitude
• Ability to make every raid night
• A strong understanding of your class and role
• Own a Microphone and have Ventrilo installed on your Mac/PC
• A reliable internet connection
• A modern Computer that allows you to view particle effects

We are currently at 9 of 12 in Heroic Icecrown. We have put in a handful of attempts on Putricide (almost always to Phase 3) but our healer situation has prevented us from going forward. The bulk of our Healer core was composed of members that could only raid during the summer. With summer being over, the fall semester is conflicting with how often (if ever) they are able to raid.

We are thinking long-term here, and are hoping that new members that join will enjoy the time they spend with us and continue to progress within our guild well into Cataclysm.
