Beacon of Light question

I was wondering if someone in the Beta can answer a question for me.
It's probably a stupid question, but i'd rather that than not know until I can try it for myself.

Assume I have Beacon on a tank, the raid is stacked up and I use the AoE cone heal (name eludes me) would it heal the tank twice or no?

as far as the talent is worthed, only heals you cast on a party/raid member will get reflected, i assume this is direct heals, not aoe.

Otherwise you would have holy palies standing right behind melee and and hitting lets say, 2 tanks and 5 melee with the cone, take half of each heal and apply it to the tank, then you would hear the other healers qq to no end.

Then we can counter with the fact that the cooldown on it is so long
