Personally I feel like blizzard did a good job with this effect, and although the loss of any PvE damage boost is mildly lame, it will have good amounts of utility.

Do you think Flare from other hunters will effect this? Like in pvp? I know its not a stealth or anything.

But yeah the effect is amazing, much better then i thought it would be.

It is a stealth if you're standing still only.

Only last one minute but it has only a minute cooldown, so it can be chained.

I'm not sure, as i'm not in beta so I couldn't tell you. Maybe someone with beta can
