PTR Fatal Condition..

Every time I try to log into a character in Northrend I get this:
This application has encountered a critical error:

Was just wondering if there was anyway to fix this. I could go to Dalaran/Northrend at first but when I hearthed from the DK area it started happening on it and every character in Northrend.

Also could the problem be that I haven't completely finished the download? (Only has 3gb left to go)
