ICC after 4.0.1?

After 4.0.1 will ICC with the 30% be laughable? are the stat/talent changes that huge that any previously challenging encounters will now be lolzergable somewhat? Or are the changes not that significant that guilds attempting HM 25 sind/LK will still be having a little trouble? If this isnt the right forum, sorry I'm pretty new to all this =P

Last time i checked most wipes on lk 25 hc was cos ur carrying 5 people who cant dodge defiles.

Altho the stamina boost could remove teh need for priests shields for infests as it might not do enough damage to take people below 90%
