(edit) funpt made an interesting find as well. http://www.gamestop.pt/juegos-detalle.php/79/2118 link to a portuguese gamestop website, at the top of it it says "Lançamento" which means release date

Launching the week before CoD would be dumb on Activision's part. I think that players who overlap the two games would be more likely to buy CoD and take a break for Warcraft rather than the other way around.

I'm betting on the 16th and willing to put money down on that date.
