Northwind was formed early 2010 by a group of mostly RL friends in a goal to create 10-man raiding guild, focused more on social and mature raiding experience.

General information
NW is a social raiding guild consisting of mostly adult players who understand the meaning of teamspirit and know their classes.
In long term we are more interested about your personality and motivation than your gear and experience. Your gear and playstyle should tell us that you're ready to independently squeeze the best out of your gear and spec.

Our current focus is on 10-man raids and their corresponding hard-modes.

Raiding in NW
We aim to raid 3 to 4 times per week, 3 hours per raid. Our raiding days consist of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Our raids beging 18:30 server time and end at 22:00. We aim to raid the ''current'' content with occasional casual raids.

Loot
As a loot system we're using DSK (Drunkard Suicide Kings)

What we expect from you
- Atleast 18 years of age and preferably living on your own (we're not interested turning this guild into a kindergarten)
- If you're a working invidual, work times that allow you to participate on our raids
- Ability to use (speak/listen) to ventrilo 3.0
- Ability to get your own consumables
- Open mind and socials skills. This means tolerance for criticism and sense of humor.

What we offer
- Experienced leadership and player-core. Most of us have been involved in raiding since lv60 days.
- Efficient raiding. Clear assignments on raids and for the goal of the raids. Raid leading that can take and offer feedback.
- Fairness. Loot and Achievements belong to all members of the guild. We dont recruit people to sit on the bench when things get interesting.


Recruitment status
We are looking for mature and active players with a sense of teamspirit to strengthen our guild on its goal to finish whats left of WotLK and eventually continue to Cata. We're expecting you to be reliable, so don’t apply if we cannot rely on you to show up on raids you have signed in.
