Question about professions

What will be the maximum profession skill on Cataclysm? What lvl do you need to learn them 450+ ? Thanks. I am planning leveling my paladin & hunter to 85, will have double jc, 1 mining, 1 leatherworking, 2 alts 75 level both alchemy.

Maximum will be 525, each skill level increases by 75 as always and I am betting its under 80 atleast that you need to learn it
