What are the new Factions?

Does anybody know what the new Rep Factions are and where the new Quartermasters are?

All I have seen is the Ramkahen Quartermaster in Ramkahen (Uldum).

Apart from the Ramkahen in Uldum, I know there will be the Dragonmaw(Horde), Wildhammer(Alliance) and Earthen Ring(Both). There's probably more to come.

The Reliquary. Imo a nice way to keep the blood elves relevant in the game; love those narcissistic bastards.

Sorry, got confused. Explorer's league and reliquary aren't rep factions in Cata, just organizations. Wildhammer and Dragonmaw are the faction specific reps.

Tol Barad factions are Baradin's Wardens for alliance and Hellscream's Reach for horde, btw.

Alliance
Wildhammer Clan (Twilight Highlands faction)
Baradin's Wardens (Tol Barad faction)
Gilneas (Worgen racial faction)

Horde
Dragonmaw Clan (Twilight Highlands faction)
Hellscream's Reach (Tol Barad faction)
Bilgewater Cartel (Goblin racial faction)

Neutral
Earthen Ring (Shaman faction, all over the place)
Guardians of Hyjal (Druid faction in Hyjal)
Ramkahen (friendly Tol'vir in Uldum)

Might be worth adding that Therazane will be the Sons of Hodir/Scryers/Aldor of Cata. They give shoulder enchant, and (speculation) probably don't have rep from instances, but from dailies and hand-ins.
