Palatanking as mitigation is dead??

I think I read one time ago:

Block Amount: We want to keep the kit of the paladin as a tank who blocks a lot. So by contrast, the warrior tank will sometimes get critical blocks, but the paladin will absorb more damage with normal blocks.

It's me or I can just see items with parry / dodge since Cataclysme? Nothing from reputation by the way also :/

Loot tables for cataclysm are not out , wait till closer to the time to make these assumptions.

I'm sure a lot of shields will have Block Rating as well
