There are 3 things i'd like to know about it: if there is a cd on it, if we can remove the buff (with /cancelaura) and if there is a gcd on its activation ?

I do not think it's on-demand(original skill description from before also says it's instant - and making it on demand would not make sense), it's a buff so it should be removable.

Stormstrike's tooltip says its usable with swords/guns/boomerangs/etc.

Actually they are patch notes, but thats not what I am replying to.

As one can see, the "Usable" refers to the user being able to use the ability when above 75 rage. The "Instant" part refers to the ability having no casting time.
I don't know how to elaborate this further without repeating myself.

I prefer it this way. Now you can burn off excessive rage when you want to.

Inner rage being on a cd and usable contradicts all GC mumbling about the instant rage dump without penalty yada yada.

Why, for the love the of God, cant they just raise our rage cap and be done with it, instead of wasting time on pointless ideas that create more problems than the solutions they give.

Until they change Inner Rage I honestly don't see a use for it as dps, as many people have said it will probably lead to a dps decrease (It will be nice for Prot however)
