Says to repair then nothing, help

HI, whenever I try to install the next ptr download I always get this message 'Your game installation is damaged. Please run repair." Well I run the repair in the same file and it gives me the message 'Repair is unable to find the necessary data on are servers. Please reinstall the game to play world of warcraft.' I seriously dont want to reinstall world of warcraft again over the next few days, are their any suggestions on what to do other than what it said?
