Ele Shaman HELP!

I currently glyph ToW, Lava and Lightning Bolt for most encounters. For Heroic LK I swap out Lava for Fire Elemental.

First, is this correct?


Second part is that we do run a demo lock, so before we pull I drop ToW to get the extra 84 sp for 5minutes. Then when we engage I drop my 4 totems (Searing, Stoneskin, Healing, WoA).

Is there a optimum time drop totems (EM , Trinket Procs, etc) cause usually I drop totems, flame shock, lava burst then use my Elemental Mastery/Lightning Bolt macro.

Any help onto better managing cooldowns as well as using/dropping totems and fire elemental would be greatly appreciated.

Get NeedToKnow. Great for tracking Flame Shock as well as Trinket CDs. I generally wait till both my trinkets proc then drop my fire elemental due to it taking a snapshot of your current stats. I generally use Flametongue glyph over Lava as well.
