Iirc they did. They even implemented new trinkets for honor just before WotLK release so you could spend your points on them.

Nope, they did not wipe honor. They were going to, and decided against it shortly before the expansion launched.

I thought Justice points were the points you got from the old content, and that you would get different points from current content.
