Tanks wearing pvp gear.

This just kind of popped in my head. Defense is gone, we all know that. We also know that avoidance is usually weak in the first couple tiers of content. Res has changed to reduce damage across the board.

Will tanks be using pvp gear for the damage reduction, and just gemming avoidance/hit/exp?

It makes sense to an extent, but who knows?

Resilience only reduces damage done by players and player pets.

Why wait until cataclysm, tanks are doing this now; though it doesn't take long for them to be verbally raped for not reading the tooltip.
