I don't recall them saying anything about changing Karazhan in Cata, so no. T4 won't be gone.

It is still obtainable. Also sen'jin is still the same except with the addition of a couple new huts. The quests are different though. Seeing as the trolls have taken back the isles it makes no sense to have you go out to them anymore. Basically the alliance have taken over Kolkar Crag and are trying to establish a foothold in Durotar so they can attack Orgrimmar. Your job in Sen'jin is to make sure that doesn't happen.

That island is now the center of the Troll starting quests. There is almost a 100% chance that quest is gone or has been changed.
