Alt Override Mouseover

I use mouseover macros for healing and one problem I face is that the mouseover modifier of my macros takes precedence over the alt modifier. This makes it difficult to use something on myself super quickly while keeping my mouse over my current healing target or another emergency heal target.

Is there anyway to make a mouseover macro work but when I hold Alt it casts on me no matter what my mouse is over?

I used to have that problem too

Here's the macro that I use for mouseover:

#showtooltip
/cast [modifier:alt,target=player][target=mouseover,exists][] SPELL NAME

If you want to continue using yours, then all you need to do is add [modifier:alt,target=player] in it and it should work.
