The WOTLK cinematic was released almost 3 months before the actual expansion, not sure if this is actually a good way to tell when Caty will drop. i think it more likely that it just lines up with Blizzcon.
back to the trailer itself. i think it will be Deathwing brooding about being in Deepholm and stuff. kind of like Illidan in TBC, and towards the middle show him burst out and roaring and laughing and then the last half (still narrated by Deathwing) showing the effects of the cataclysm rip through the world of Azeroth, changing it forever.
