The normal edition will not have a CD with all the new sound tracks, however you may still find them ingame.

or maybe, and I mean, just maybe, what it means is that people who buy the collectors edition get a CD with the new game soundtrack on it? You know, so you can play it on your stereo, chuck it into your ipod, whatever the kids do these days.
