I did then I ran teh game through the launcher and it Updated a small one and it worked I was using direct launch.

I had this issue aswell. Repair did not work..
I had to download the PTR launcher again, now its working again.Faith Alone is Not Enough to Stop all the Enemies of the Light!

go into the wow ptr folder and look for the launcher.

Happened to me too. Ran the Launcher and it downloaded some patch, then it worked again. Go to the PTR folder and open "Launcher". It should have a regular WoW icon.
