A question about Quests

As someone who tried to complete almost every quest available, I have
a question about the new 1-60 quests in Cata.

I suppose some were left as it is; some were removed; some were
modified, and some were added.

My 1st question is: is it possible to read a list somewhere of which
quest fall in either categories ? Or a least, an estimation of the
relative number of them ?

My 2nd question is : What happens to the player who already done all
quests in EK/Kalimdor ? Will he be able to redo:
A. All EK/Kal quests?
B. Only EK/Kal new quests?
C. Only EK/Kal new AND modified quests?
D. None of them ?

I'd guess the answer will be C, but can we have a confirmation from
the beta already ?

All the quests have been modified in some way, so you can do them all again. And now every zone has their own quest achievements like the wotlk and tbc zones .
