Zin'rokh, Jin'rokh and Manslayer of the Qiraji are probably my top 3 unique looking weapons.
Though dual wielded Quickening Blade of the Prince look awesome with the Fallen Crusader runes despite sharing a model with another item.

Twinblade of the phoenix wowhead item 29993. even more unique because guilds went out of their way to never have to do the fight.

"Sharpened Hyldnir Harpoon" is super unique as well. It's a throwing weapon that looks like a trident when you "wield" it. Pretty neat to see a rogue with a two handed-ish spear.
