So me and my friends started to lvl some alts because we are bored waiting for Cata, and they "forced" me to do a priest healer.
Question is, i have the Glyph of PW:Shield, "heals 20% of the amount absorbed" or something like that...
So when the glyph crits, will the shield absorb more?

No but if you have the Divine Aegis Talent, it procs on the crit of the glyph.

Basically what Sarrior already said.
Assume your PW: Shield shields for 10k.
The Glyph now activates, healing your target for 2k.
If the glyph heal crits, it heals for 3k instead. But the 10k shield is not affected.
Divine Aegis will now proc, adding a 300 shield on top of all of that.
