I saw a dwarf running around this zone and doing quests and horde can do these quests as well so yes, this hub is neutral.

There are alliance and horde quests in that zone, since there are gnomes and goblins in this quest hub

The speedway gnomes & goblins in 1k Needles have always been neutral, and will continue to be so on the big boat.

It'd be cool if there was a continuation of this quest in Gadgetzan, where you go through a lengthy quest chain to make the boat sea-worthy.

This is awesome, but I want Blizzard to make the new range of 'water' mounts more flexible. The Vashj'ir mount and this should be usable in any water, and the riverboat should have different qualities to normal mounts, letting you carry other players.

But QQ aside... thanks Blizz, this is really cool.

Sadly, no. The boat is like a badly controlled mount, its not a solid object. I really wish they were multi-passenger, though

They shouldn't have given the model such perfect places to stand..
