    Unless during one of the patches a major plot change shakes things up, I think we will face him in there, or at least use a teleporter in there to go where he really is.

    but no, Deathwing is Flying over the planet... in the final battle, you are ported to the spot where he's hiding behind the sun, and your group burns up. :P
