Affliction BurST set-up

Now i have been thinking of something recently.

Bane of Doom, has no CD atm, but can be placed on 1 target only. Ticks every 15 seconds.

Cover enemy with dots, including BoD as its now castable on players, a bit of CC and some pressure, and unload everything you have [including soulburn soulfire] when BoD ticks [crits up to 16k for me]

With how healers are now only really capable of defensive dispelling and at that not all of them [some have offensive dispells] and silence[ua] covering dots as in many dots, it creates some possibilities.

Some classes have other mechanics to remove it, but truth be told, before BoA ramps up they would either already remove it or something. Also it can act as a tool to forcing to certain CD burns.

On a side note, anyone noticed Banes have "Curse" in the tooltip? Itll stay "curse" or be changed to "magic" ?

seem like it could work, the dots could break CC. Also while this may do upwards of 50k, players will still have 75k+ health most likely.

yeah, but youll have other things to finish with. Even now when fully in dots triple fear is annoying for others because its always some precious time gained.

And well, it creates opportunity for some afflic burst. Not as strong as potential BoD, + Chaos bolt + SBSF + Conflagrate but still some. Hard to expect afflic to have burst like destruction.
