So i have this question, i currently have 3/5 Tier 10, and 2/5 Tier 9.
Tier 9 gives me a nice bonus, which increases the healing of my Prayer of mending by 20%.
Tier 10 gives also a nice bonus, 10% more healing on Circle of healing.
Which do you think i should choose?

At this state of the game, neither bonus amounts to much. Take whichever gives you the higher spellpower (usually t10 unless you have a Trophy of the Crusade, and no Conqueror's Mark) so you won't replace it as quickly.
Tier 10 pieces should exclude the chest, at least when considering Holy itemisation.~Former Priest/Guild Wars 2 Moderator~
