Leveling Gear Design Final?

After watching multiple Cataclysm beta videos, I've been looking at the gear people are wearing while leveling and also at 85. The gear has the same design as the leveling gear from Wrath. I like seeing new designs personally, even the trivial green gear, and I was wondering if the designs for this leveling/low tier 85 gear are final?

It might just be the gear that comes with the premades, or at least some of the older ones had gear that looked Wrath-ish.
