Good spot to find some thorium nodes?
I'm trying to quickly level some mining here, along with Blacksmithing.

I'm not familiar with any of the mods, zones, etc.., which allow me to know the whereabouts of a good spot.
Any input appreciated.

Google mining leveling guide. Easies way to do that. But to directly answer, ungoro crater or sylithus. Ungoro is faster to make a lap and you hit more nodes, but you vet an occasional mitheral and few rich nodes the bug caves are almost all rich in sylithus.

Since this is in the Cata forums I'll assume you mean in the beta.

Un'goro is absolutely chuck full of Thorium (both rich and normal). With a flying mount you can make laps around the zone fairly quickly; I picked up like 5 stacks I believe in a very short time leveling from 235 to 300.
