Are guild achievements coming in 4.0.1 or 4.0.3?
If so, since guild achievements are going to contribute to guild XP even beyond daily CAP, if you gain guild achieves in 4.0.1 or 4.0.3 before cata release will your guild be rewarded for those XPs later?
