Ret PVP in Casterclysm

Well, after being off the game for a while now.. I was still reading some stuff going on here, it's good to see that the QQ this time is a bit less than the one happened when 3.0 hits with live hotfixes. All I can say, I'll be happily back to Cataclysm to see most of the people who rolled Paladins in WotLK would leave it now.

And no, I didn't try Beta nor PTR; and yes I qq'd before when they made SoCorr seal hits (stacking up) come from only Auto-Attacks but not for the rest of nerfs, so I won't QQ now.

Ret needs some more utility, and less damage than on live (relatively speaking).
