I got 25 Kingslayer in a PUG and 10 Kingslayer the night before in a random raid setup with my guild. Xfer to Magtheridon and PUG your way to KS.

There is a guild on my server: Outland - EU
that sells KS for 5k or something on 25-man...
And they do it this way:
Step 1. The Carried pays the Raid/Guild master.
Step 2. The carried joins at LK battle and aggros LK = he dies
Step 3. The Main Tank aggros LK
Step 4. The Guild down LK
Step 5. The Carried Gets his Achive and no loot.
= WIN WIN

Transfer to drak'thul horde EU, we sell it for 5K
