With the new changes to currency and the end of S8 when 4.01 hits will wrathful lose its current rating requirements?

As far as I know, yes, the Wrathful peices will not require rating.

This is just the way it's been for a while now, but also because the Arena season is ending until lvl 85 and Arena points simply don't exist any more in the patch.


TLDR Version: Farm venture coins, WG marks, Honor, And arena points, because it'll all be the same in the end. You'll most likely be able to get full wrathful to use with your fancy shmancy new talents.
