I might be wrong but on beta each heroic boss gives 75 justice points.

Well, 75 per boss seems a bit much imo, as it will only require 15 to 25 bosses per piece of gear, like in WotLK items quickly go up to 60 emblems.

You also have to remember the cataclysm heroics won't be done in 10 minutes.

WotLK dungeons didn't take 10 minutes either at the start of the expantion.

Don't forget that Justice Points are only used to buy blues, for now. And the big pieces, at 2200, will take ~30 boss kills each.

You were also comparing end-of-WotLK emblem prices with cataclysm point prices. The Emblem of Heroism gear was often very low too (15 emblems for Libram, etc).

Not really, when the only items you can purchase with JP in Cata are only blues.

At this point, heroic bosses do reward 75pts.

It will be similar to LK release, but rather with blues. The most expensive item you can buy goes for 2200 Justice Points, which is 30 bosses to kill if they each give 75 JP. The cheapest items go for 950 JP, which is 13 bosses to kill.
