The self-healing through siphon life has been nerfed to hell, so I really cannot say how effective it will prove in keeping you alive, not least with mobs hitting a lot harder than they used to.
Only time will tell.

Theres a glyph as wel to make it not remove your dots from current target. only a major glyph as wel, not a prime glyph which makes it very nice. super easy way to multi-dot two targets, which in a lot of ICC figts, and Hallion Heroic removes a lot of ramp up time.

(glyph does giv a 10sec cd to soulswap due to people goin in BG's n Dotting up the entire BG with soulswap spamming tho)

this is the most useful application of soulswap ive seen, and looking through the major glyphs yesterday at a glance on the ptr I think it could easily be a contender to fit into a pve spec, great for boss fights with a small number of tough adds (like raging spirits in LK as previously mentioned)
